Elite Immigration Law had a productive week with two active workstreams closing to good outcomes and one high-stakes filing coming into its final days. Yolanda and the team advanced the Torres I-130 file substantially — birth certificate translation received, updated employer letter still outstanding as of Friday. The filing deadline is Monday Aug 4 which puts us three business days from execution. Marcus led the Patel RFE evidence gathering; documents from the employer are in, waiting on two prior W-2s from the client (David reached out Friday and expects them Monday). The team held the weekly L10 on Tuesday and solved the "attorneys emailing outside Clio" issue by adding a Clio-first requirement to the intake SOP with a 30-day review to check adherence. Scorecard: 4 measures green, 2 yellow (case turnaround, initial-consult booking rate), 0 red. Rock status: 3 of 4 on-track; the "document-checklist standard" Rock remains off-track pending the Torres file post-mortem. Next week: file Torres by Monday, ship Patel RFE by Thursday, run the deferred document-checklist Rock review on Friday. Overall health: green with a Monday-morning yellow flag on Torres.
